Atlantic Sales & Salvage are a family owned and operated company that specializes in the trash and recycling industry. We are second generation trashmen and are still in the trash and recycling business today after 40 years. We are located in New Jersey, and can ship and export to anywhere in the world. Our staff is always keeping up with today's new tech and expanding to meet today's goals and equipment needs. We sell equipment both as is or refurbished. All of the equipment that is rebuilt is fabricated here on our premises and customized to fit all of your needs. We are a Certified Dealer of PTR and Marathon. Atlantic Sales & Salvage is a Direct Exporter and Wholesaler of used sanitation equipment for Self contained compactors, Balers, Stationary machines, parts and trucks such as Mack, Ford, International, Volvo (Autocars) and GMC. We offer Rear and Front Load Garbage Trucks, Roll-Offs and Recycling Trucks, Tractors, Chassis, Hoists and have access to street sweepers and Tractors! We supply used parts and/or refuse bodies, i.e. Heil, Galbreath, American, Pak-Mor, Leach, McNeilus, EZ Pak, Universal, G&H. Our trucks are sold un-reconditioned or totally reconditioned and have no rust, no rot and all cylinders are repacked. All cabs are completely reupholstered, and if needed new and/or re-capped tires. We purchase approximately 300 Compactors per year and are always seeking new markets.

We ship to Africa, The Caribbean and Central America

Not only do we rebuild and sell our equipment, we can also transport in the east coast. If for any reason we cannot use our own transport, we will hire an outside carrier. We provide transportation if needed (Drive on, Lowboy, or Landoll) LTL or Trailer loads and we transport to NJ, NY, and PA ports of call for exports. Our drivers have authorized twic cards to get into the ports.

Atlantic Sales & Salvage is very well established in the U.S. and has been increasing its business through exporting, which now accounts for 50% of the total sales volume. Key markets are Central America, the Caribbean, and Africa.

Atlantic Sales & Salvage seeks distributors/agents to sell its line of reconditioned garbage trucks, chassis, parts, and bodies. Candidates must be highly qualified, heavy truck dealers. Construction-related is acceptable. Reps must be English speaking, computer literate, and very knowledgeable with regard to sanitation equipment. Reps must be well established, aggressive and have active customers in the municipal, governmental and commercial sectors. Experience with public sector tenders and importing is needed. Payment will be wire transfer or letter of credit. However, for the right company, credit may be arranged through the U.S. Export/Import Bank.
